What you'll work on
Lead financial operations and reporting for growing companies with different business models.
- Own the monthly close-to-reporting rhythm across a portfolio of growing businesses.
- Translate accounting data into clear management reporting, cash visibility, and practical recommendations.
- Define and review measures suited to each client, such as project margin, inventory turnover, gross margin, working capital, and cash conversion.
- Build and review forecasts, budgets, variance analysis, and scenario plans with client leadership.
- Prepare board, lender, and investor-ready reporting packages with a concise performance narrative.
- Coordinate with founders, accounting teams, and operating leaders to keep finance actions moving.
Your Experience
What you'll bring
- Strong experience in FP&A, controllership, management reporting, or operational finance.
- Confidence working directly with founders and senior operators in a client-facing environment.
- Advanced spreadsheet and financial-modelling skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The judgment to explain complex finance issues in direct, practical language.
