The Role

What you'll work on

Build metric models and dashboards that turn performance data into actionable finance insight.

  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for management teams across industries.
  • Analyze revenue, demand, pricing, project or product margin, and customer concentration where relevant.
  • Evaluate cost-to-serve, working capital, operating efficiency, and profitability by segment.
  • Maintain forecast models and investigate plan-versus-actual performance.
  • Turn complex datasets into concise charts, commentary, and recommendations.
  • Improve data definitions and reporting consistency across finance and operating teams.

Your Experience

What you'll bring

  • Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business intelligence, or management reporting.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort working with accounting, CRM, billing, and operating data.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to spot inconsistencies and explain their business impact.
  • Clear written communication and a disciplined approach to data quality.
